The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

SPREADPIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS OR THE SUCCESS OF YOUR LISTINGS ON THOSE PLATFORMS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPREADPIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
